he Pink Alliance is a charitable institution exempt from tax under section 88 of the Inland Revenue Ordinance. Its main objective is to promote equal rights for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and intersex (LGBTI) people through lobbying, education and campaigns. It aims to facilitate unity and cooperation in the LGBTI community of Hong Kong and Macau by being the link between LGBTI organisations and others that are supportive of the cause.
Pink Dot HK
Pink Dot is a free, fun carnival and outdoor concert organised for LGBTI and their allies, families, friends, and colleagues in support of diversity and love equality and the event was awarded the LGBT Community Impact Award at the Community Business 2016 Hong Kong LGBT Inclusion Awards held in May.
Launched in 2013, PLUG provides a definitive coverage of art, style and LGBTQI culture in Hong Kong. Out in HK
"Out in HK” (OIHK) is a non-commercial group that welcomes and connects all members and friends of the LGBT+ community in Hong Kong with an interest in developing a fit and healthy lifestyle. We organise and promote regular events that are active, social, and fun. Activities include hiking, (trail ) running, rock climbing, swimming, yoga, sailing, kayaking, bowling, trampoline bouncing, camping, strength training bootcamp, tennis, basketball, football, beach clean ups (on shore and underwater), diving, volleyball, and badminton. The group started in August 2014 and has grown to more than 5,000+ members and counting.
